So, finally after so much of hype, OnePlus has finally posted the first image of its upcoming dual camera smartphone on Twitter.
OnePlus will launch the OnePlus 5 on 20th June but has already showed us how the device will look like.
The OnePlus 5 will be Amazon exclusive in India and will launch on 22nd June, that is just after two days of the global launch.
Now if you already didn’t know, the phone will be powered by a 2.35GHz octa-core Snapdragon 835 processor couple with 8GB of RAM! 8 freaking gigs!
Rest of the ‘rumoured’ specs of the OnePlus 5 are as follows-
- Dual 12 MP rear camera with phase detection autofocus, LED flash
- 8 MP front facing camera.
- 5.5 inches Optic AMOLED 1440 x 2560 pixels display (534ppi)
- Non-removable Li-Ion 3300 mAh battery
We can also expect a 6GB RAM/64GB ROM version.
This time around though, OnePlus might increase the pricing of the phone.
According to the latest report from TrueTech, the 8GB RAM/128GB ROM version might be priced at ₹37,999 whereas the 6GB RAM/64 GB ROM version might cost ₹32,999.
What are your thoughts on this pricing? Too high? Or just appropriate? Let us know.
